College Details:

Government Engineering College Wayanad is part of a group of nine Government Engineering Colleges overseen by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Kerala. It's located about 6 km from Mananthavady in the beautiful district of Wayanad, along the Mananthavady-Kannur state highway. The college offers five regular B.Tech courses in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil & Environmental Engineering (introduced in 2022). They also provide two M.Tech courses: Communication Engineering & Signal Processing and Computer Networks & Security. The current principal is Dr. E.A. Jasmin, and the college receives financial support from the Technical Education Quality Improvement Program, Phase II. It is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
