Campus and Future Expansion: The college, initially situated at Nowgong Polytechnic Campus, is on the brink of a significant transformation. Plans are underway for a move to a new, expansive campus near Naura Pahari, strategically placed just 5 km from Nowgong on NH 75. This move is part of a visionary plan, with around 200 acres of land already allocated by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This new location, behind Navodaya School, promises a stimulating environment conducive to learning and growth.

Academic Offerings: Engineering College, Nowgong, currently offers two foundational branches - Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with an intake of 60 students in each branch. The institution is poised for dynamic growth, with plans to expand its course offerings in the coming years, ensuring a diverse range of educational opportunities for students.

AICTE Approval and Admissions: Engineering College, Nowgong, has received approval from AICTE New Delhi since the academic session of 2012-13. Admission to the first year of the Bachelor of Engineering program is through the entrance test PEPT conducted by Vyavashaik Pariksha Mandal Bhopal, as well as the all-India exam JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE New Delhi. The counseling process is overseen by the Director of Technical Education at Satpura Bhawan Bhopal, ensuring a fair and transparent admission procedure.

Inauguration by Chief Minister: The journey of Engineering College, Nowgong, began on the 30th of January 2013, with the honorable Shri Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan Ji, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, inaugurating the institute. This momentous occasion marked the start of a commitment to excellence and innovation in engineering education.
